Last year the Culters did a redemption watch of Blackadder. It might have been a success because it was decided to that to do justice to Blackadder it would be necessary to watch a sample of all four series as each series is very different, so much so that they are listed as separate TV Shows on IMDB.
So the Culters are now onto Blackadder Ii and it is the Elizabethan Era. Blackadder must negotiate the politics of the court helped by servant Baldrick and friend, Lord Percy.
The episode first aired in the U.K on 7th August, 1985. IT was directed by Marndie Fletcher, Written by Richard Curtis and Ben Elton, and stared Rowan Atkinson as Edmund Blackadder, (Sir) Tony Robinson as Baldrick, Tin McInnerny as Percy, Miranda Richardson as The Queen, (Queenie) and Stephen Fry as Lord Melchett. This episode also features Miriam Margolyes as the Aunt and Hugh Laurie.
