Episode first screened on the American Broadcasting Company (U.S) 5th February 1965. Series inspired by the cartoons created by Charles Addams in the 1930s. Episode written by Henry Sharp (t) & Tony Wilson (s), directed by Sidney Landfield, and starring Carolyn Jones as Morticia Addams, John Astin as Gomez Addams, Jackie Coogan as Uncle Fester, Ted Cassidy as Lurch, Blossom Rock as Grandma Addams, Lisa Loring as Wednesday Addams and Ken Weatherwax as Pugsley Addams.
