Welcome to the Classic Cult TV Club, (CCtvC), with Justin, Lisa, Mackenzie, Angus, Baylor, Cassandra and Janette.
It has become established in Cult TV Club that November is Dr Who month. Die hard fan, Janette has insisted that the fellow “culters” watch/be subjected to, an example from every regeneration. And so finally the Culters come to the sixth Doctor and an episode that nobody in the group has previously watched. Why is that and what will Mackenzie make of the old style series with the very old style special effects?
Episode first aired on BBC on 22nd of March 1984. Episode written by Anthony Steven and directed by Peper Moffatt. It stared Colin Baker as the Doctor, Nicola Bryant as Peri Brown, Maurice Denham as Professor Edgeworth/Azmael, and Kevin McNally as Hugo Lang.
