150 years ago the Bunyip reported on the purchase of the Institute piano, 100 years ago Labor leaders spoke in Gawler, 50 years ago “Miss Gawler” performed her first task, 25 years ago a name change was proposed, and ten years ago political rivals were making news in Gawler.
