150 years ago there were hopes that Gawler’s local races would be revived , 100 years ago a valuable property is up for sale, 50 years ago there is displeasure with all day parkers, 25 years ago a photographer attempts to capture the Old Spot ghost on film, and 10 years ago Gawler cinema gets an upgrade.
