- 150 years ago the Bunyip was outraged by “rascally conduct”
- 100 years ago a final notice from the taxation department raised sniggers of amusement in the Gawler Corporation
- 50 years ago concerns were expressed about fire danger,
- 25 years ago students were calling for action on speedsters, and
- 10 years ago a near drowning was cause of concern.
