Community House Christmas
Gawler’s Community House is preparing to host their annual Christmas Lunch, but places are filling up fast, so book early. If you would like to help give something back this Christmas, then Community House would love to have your help in hosting this special Christmas lunch, either by coming in on Christmas eve to help set up the tables and decorations, or by helping out with meal service on the day. Gawler Community House’s Christmas Lunch, to be held on Christmas day at the Elderly Centre, 37 Fourteenth Street, is filling up fast, so if you want to reserve your seat, give Community House a call on 8522 4601, and they’ll make sure you’re looked after.
Gawler Community House, located at 2 Scheibener Terrace, does lots of wonderful things for our local community, including offering a Cuppa & Biscuits afternoon tea 1-3 pm every Friday where everyone is invited to come to meet new and old friends. The last Friday of the month is lunch day, where you can get a full 2 or 3 course meal for just $5, but you have to book ahead.
