Janette and Michelle discuss the various literary awards that have been announced in recent months, the Booker, the Nobel prize for Literature, the PEN prize and the Miles Franklin Award. The topic for the month is children’s books, a topic that we are rather passionate about. Carolyn, who is unable to join in the recording due to injury reads a poem from the comfort of her sofa.
