The four-part story was first broadcast from the 2nd to the 23rd September 1967 on the BBC, U.K. It was directed by Morris Barry, Produced by Peter Bryant, written by Kit Pedlar and Gerry Davis and staring Patrick Troughton as The Doctor, Frazer Hines as Jamie McCrimmon, Deborah Watling as Victoria Waterfield, Roy Stewart as Toberman, Aubrey Richards as Professor Parry, Shirley Cooklin as Kaftan.
