150 years ago stone throwing was causing concern, 100 years ago wireless broadcasting came to Gawler, 50 years ago there was a call to make a local river crossing safer after a tragic death, 25 years ago locals were hoping to lure the Crows to Gawler, and 10 years ago plans for rezoning at Freeling were put on hold.
